Registration with Good Spaces is simple. All you need to do is fill out the form above. Don’t forget to let us know if you have anything interesting in your home/garden because clients contact us with extremely varied briefs from, city penthouses to garden sheds to regency front doors!

This varies from job to job. However, to give you a rough idea of daily rates expect £400 – £5000, depending on the brief, production and house.

It’s a competitive industry, so good pictures are key. The client may not have time to do a recce, so your photos may be all they have to go by. Clients need to get a good idea of the space and style of the location, so between 10-15 images .

Exteriors: Front including driveway and the back of house

Interiors: Hallway including stairs and front door, kitchen (all angles), living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms if large enough and any other areas that are interesting.

Phone pics are great. Please send us medium or large format.

If you do have hi-res images (we do prefer these), please use WeTransfer to info@goodspaces.co.uk.

Please take pics in natural daylight, no close ups because we need to see the space and avoid wide angles, people and pets. 

Our payment terms are  upfront for the location, however some clients will be on  30-day payment terms. As soon as we receive payment from our client, we will pay you within 30 days of the last shoot date

We will assess your registration and determine whether your location is suitable. You’d be surprised what we get asked for, so even if your location does not appear on the site, we have a digitised database of additional locations. We will contact you and gather more information, which will be useful when talking to clients.

We never allow a shoot to commence unless we receive a copy of the client’s Public Liability Insurance. Any damages will be covered under this document.

No, you have no obligation to always make your house available. We will contact you and tell you what the shoot is, when it will be, the crew size involved, what rooms/areas they would want to use, and their budget. You can then accept or decline the job depending on your budget or availability.

All clients must confirm that they have the required minimum Public Liability insurance of £5,000,000 – £10,000,000 to book a location. You don’t need to do anything extra with your home insurance, but it’s best to also check with your home insurance provider.

All shoot days are different, but all details are discussed and agreed upon in advance so that everyone is happy and knows what the plans are. These details are sent out in our booking form.
