For us to match you to the perfect location for your brief, it’s beneficial to supply as much detail as possible. Particularly in regards to style, required ‘on-camera’ areas, approximate number of people, potential dates, budget and hours required. The more detail, the more accurate we can be with our location suggestions!

We are happy to arrange recces in 3 different locations when a client requires 1 location. Any additional will be chargeable. With the TV /film industry, we allow up to 3 recces in one location and anything over will be chargeable . Tech recces are only arranged once the location has been confirmed. This involves key crew/departments, so expect anything from 5-25 people and they can be between 1- 2 hours. Over 2 hours and the time is chargeable.

All clients must confirm that they have the required minimum Public Liability insurance of £5,000,000 – £10,000,000 to book a location.

Initial fees may be quoted before full location requirements are confirmed. Once the full location requirements are agreed upon, the fees may need to be updated. If, after booking confirmation, the requirements of the shoot change, these fees are also subject to change. We will keep you informed if the fee is amended due to additional disruption. VAT is added on top.

Good Spaces payment terms for clients are upfront or prior to the commencement of the shoot.

If you cancel between sign-off and the booking contract going out, we will enter negotiations for a fair fee for compensation. Once a job is confirmed, contracts have been issued and agreed upon by all parties, if you decide to cancel the booking we have a 0% refund policy.

If a booking takes place and the shoot starts earlier or finishes later than the times agreed in the signed contract, overtime will be charged an agreed rate with production. But we are always fair and reasonable and understand that a bit of time on either side can naturally happen.

Mistakes sometimes happen, and something gets broken or damaged. The client is expected to cover the costs of any ‘making good’. We ask homeowners to notify us within 48 hours and supply quotes for any repairs or links to purchase a replacement item within 30 days
